El salmón es un pescado que se puede preparar de muchas maneras distintas. Antes se solía hacer al horno o a la plancha, en la actualidad mucha gente se lo come en tartar o con sushi.

Hoy te contamos cómo hacer el salmón al horno con verduritas.


1 lomo de salmón por persona

1 pimiento rojo

1 cebolla

Salsa de soja


Jengibre fresco

Aceite de sésamo



Cómo hacer el salmón:

Paso 1: Si quieres macerar el salmón antes: pon en un bol salsa soja, una cuchada de miel, un poco de jengibre fresco y aceite de sésamo. Introduce el salmón en la mezcla y déjalo 30 minutos.

Paso 2: Por otra parte mientras se macera el salmón, cortamos las verduras y las ponemos en una fuente de horno. Lo introducimos a 180º durante 15-20 minutos más o menos.

Paso 3: Pasado ese tiempo ponemos el salmón encima de la cama de verduras. Lo volvemos a introducir unos 10 minutos a 180º. Vamos vigilando el horno, porque el tiempo depende de cómo sea de grosor el salmón.
