Dentro de los factores que afectan eficazmente a la ganancia o la pérdida de peso el sueño es uno de ellos. Sabemos que personas que duermen menos de 5 horas al día se les hace difícil o casi imposible perder peso. Todo esto es debido a una cascada hormonal que se lleva a cabo durante este proceso.

Otro aspecto característico es que sabemos que la perdida de sueño desregula las hormonas ocmo, la lectina y la insulina. Ambas de ellas encargadas de regular el apetito y el sueño. Por tanto, cuando una persona duerme muy poco o tiene el hábito de dormir pocas horas, la facilidad en engordar aumenta y, además, tiene un apetito insaciable.

Así que ¡consejo! si quieres bajar de peso recuerda dormir un mínimo de 7h.
