Frutas en el desayuno  

Hay muchos pacientes que hacen la siguiente reflexión: quiero mejorar mi calidad de vida, integro fruta en el desayuno.

Como hemos explicado en posts anteriores, no existe una dieta correcta o una dieta incorrecta, existen muchas y todas ellas van en función del metabolismo.

 

Por ejemplo, sabemos que los esquimales no comen fruta y seguramente los irlandeses hace 50 años apenas tampoco comían fruta. Quiero decir que aunque son alimentos saludables en personas con sobrepeso, bajones de azúcar a media tarde, o bajones de energía durante el día deberían ser tomados con prudencia y nunca solos.

 

Otro ejemplo y como nos demuestra un estudio que hicieron con niños japoneses: si comes un huevo por la mañana te regula el azúcar en sangre todo el día. Así que no todo es fruta.
