Gripe y constipados 

Si eres una de esas personas que coges gripe cada año o sientes que la gripe te dura mucho tiempo, el problema es que puedes estar falto de vitamina D. Todas aquellas personas que especialmente deberían evaluarse si falta vitamina D, son personas tales como:

  • Gente mayor
  • Gente de piel oscura
  • Gente con sobrepeso
  • Gente que no come pescado ni lácteos de buena calidad
  • Gente que está siempre en el interior
  • Gente que vive en países soleados pero usa siempre crema solar
  • Países nórdicos

 

Aquí te mostramos los síntomas de falta de vitamina D:

  • Coger infecciones con facilidad
  • Tener fatiga o cansancio
  • Problemas de dolor de huesos, sobretodo lumbar
  • Depresión
  • Poca capacidad de curar heridas
  • Perdida de masa ósea
  • Perdida de pelo
  • Dolor muscular

 

Toma VITAMINA D con regularidad ya sea en tus comidas o con algún suplemento. Es importante para mantener tu cuerpo en buen estado.
