Hoy te acompaño a preparar una pasta de calabacín. Va a parecer que comas pasta real, pero es mucho más ligero, fácil de digerir y mucho más sano para tu cuerpo.

 

Ingredientes necesarios:

Dos piezas de calabacín

Ajo, un diente

Queso parmesano

Perejil seco o fresco

Sal

Pimienta

 

¿Cómo se elabora?

Lo primero que haremos es preparar el calabacín. Utiliza un instrumento para hacerlo, pues así no necesitarás un cuchillo y la pasta va a quedar mejor. Sino con un rallador, la banda gruesa, también puede servirte.

En una sartén preparara un poco de aceite de oliva e incorpora el ajo triturado. Después añade el calabacín, con la sal y la pimienta. Se mezcla durante 3 o 4 minutos hasta que veas que el calabacín esta listo.

 

Para que el plato quede bonito, prepara el perejil y también puedes incorporar un poco de parmesano para terminar de dar un toque.
