Apunta esta receta:
sana, especial y sabrosa. Llenarás tu cuerpo de energía. Ingredientes:

– Dos tercios de taza de quinoa

– Un tercio de taza de mijo

– 2 cucharadas soperas de avellanas tostadas y troceadas

– 2 cucharadas soperas de cebollinos cortados finos

– 2 cucharadas de albahaca

– 2 cucharadas soperas de pasas de corinto

– Sal marina

Lo primero que debes hacer es lavar bien los cereales. A continuación debes colocarlos en una cazuela con 2 tazas y cuarto de agua y un poquito de sal marina. Cuando empiece la ebullición baja el fuego al mínimo. Tapa y deja cocer durante 15- 20 minutos hasta que el agua este evaporada totalmente. Después recoge el cereal y pásalo en un recipiente de cerámico o vidrio. Añade avellanas, pasas y hierbas aromáticas frescas.

¡Y listo, todo para ti!  Un plato sano, una cena distinta.
